N'Spine Monitoring Inc is a Veteran owned Intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) company based in San Diego, CA.
We provide the latest techniques and surgery specific IONM modalities for any case involving critical neural structures. This means that each N'Spine clinician is assigned to cases in which they have extensive knowledge and experience.
Due to our unique skill set and training, N'Spine Monitoring services the University setting, as well as trauma and cutting-edge neurosurgery centers throughout Southern California.

Michael Hartman, MD is a board certified Orthopedic Spine Surgery Specialist in Goshen, IN and has over 26 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Indiana University School Of Medicine medical school in 1994. He is affiliated with medical facilities such as Goshen Health Hospital and Elkhart General Hospital.
Jeffrey Steinberg MD
Dr. Jeffrey Steinberg, MD is a neurosurgeon who specializes in vascular diseases of the nervous system. He treats aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVM), dural arteriovenous fistulas (dural AVF), stroke, moyamoya disease, intracranial hemorrhage, carotid disease, cavernous malformations, trigeminal neuralgia, in addition to brain tumors such as meningiomas.

Joseph Osorio, MD
A neurosurgeon who specializes in complex spine deformity. He treats spinal conditions such as scoliosis, kyphosis, kyphoscoliosis and flatback syndrome. He also treats spinal tumors, cervical spinal problems, and degenerative conditions of the spine such as spondylolisthesis and stenosis.
Because Dr. Osorio received both neurosurgical and orthopedic spine surgery training, he can assess spine conditions from an interdisciplinary perspective and recommend the most appropriate treatment for each patient. With individual patient goals in mind, if surgery is necessary, he will perform spine surgery utilizing the safest possible techniques tailored for each person.

Alex Khalessi MD, MBA
A board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in cranial and endovascular surgery. He is a chair of the Department of Neurosurgery and professor of Surgery, Radiology and Neurosciences. He is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (FAANS), American Heart Association Stroke Council (FAHA), and senior member of the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery (SNIS).

Dr. Harris joined Premier Bone & Joint Centers in 2017. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, Dr. Harris received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, in Bethesda, MD. He then went on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. After his residency, Dr. Harris underwent a fellowship in Orthopedic Spine Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
